Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balance or winnings therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 000jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify 000jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. You agree that all activity conducted through your Account – including all Wagers placed – is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity, unless you have notified 000jl of a security breach prior to the activity occurring.
000jl recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your Account and enable any available two-factor authentication features. You should log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 000jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 000jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 000jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
000jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
000jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Platform.
000jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, any Balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited. Upon termination for any other reason, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 000jl support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
000jl collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
000jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online transmission is completely secure, and 000jl cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
000jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 000jl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 000jl support. 000jl will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
